Atlantean

I originally put the present content of Atlantean/Atlantean here, then moved the page to its present location with

#REDIRECT [[Atlantean/Atlantean]]

Suppose we then added pages for, oh, Atlantean-Delphine NPR resources and wanted to put them in the Atlantean namespace, and generalize this top-level Atlantean page as described on Policies. Then we'd want to put some other material here, like this blather, and cancel the redirect. That's why all language pages should be LANGUAGE/LANGUAGE.
