I originally put the present content of Atlantean/Atlantean here, then moved the page to its present location with

#REDIRECT [[Atlantean/Atlantean]]

Suppose we then added pages for, oh, Atlantean-Delphine NPR resources and wanted to put them in the Atlantean namespace, and generalize this top-level Atlantean page as described on Policies. Then we'd want to put some other material here, like this blather, and cancel the redirect.
